The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold by Horn and Phillips Catering Consortium.

Payment & Pricing:

  • By making payment on your order, you agree to all the terms and conditions as stipulated below.
  • Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
  • No orders will be sent out by Horn and Phillips unless paid in full.
  • We have the right to change any of our prices without prior notice, please double check prices before placing your order.
  • All prices on the website are including VAT

 

Payment Options Accepted:

  • Payfast: We make use of Payfast and we do not store any of your payment information on our site. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Delivery:

  • Due to level 4 lockdown and increased activity, we deliver once a week on a Thursday or Friday
  • Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday will receive delivery on Friday.
  • Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will receive delivery on Monday.
  • Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice. We at Horn and Phillips will try to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery.
  • A time and day for special deliveries may be agreed upon, which suits you, the client, and us Horn and Phillips. You can specify a delivery time upon ordering, and we will contact you if this time is unsuitable.

The following delivery fees will be applied based on your area:

  • Sandton & Surrounding areas at R150 delivery.
    Bryanston, Fourways, Hurlingham, Lonehill, Rivonia and Sunninghill.
  • Edenvale, Modderfontein & surrounding areas at R50 delivery.
    Foundershill, Lakeside, Meadowdale, Thornhill and Senderwood.
  • Bedfordview & surrounding areas at R150 delivery.
    Bedford Gardens, Bruma, Essexwold and Primrose.
  • Kempton Park and surrounding areas at R150 delivery.
    Isando, Jetpark, Klopperpark and Kruinhof, Boksburg and Benoni
  • Other areas at R150 delivery.
    Cresta, Emmarentia, Houghton, Hyde Park, Melrose Arch, Melville, Northcliff, Parkhurst, Parktown, Randburg and Saxonwold.
  • Pretoria, Krugersdorp and Roodepoort at R250 delivery.
  • East Rand areas at R250 delivery.                                                                      
  • Alberton areas at R200 delivery.

Products disclaimer:

  • Please note that our meals are prepared in a kitchen that utilises milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, soya, nuts and wheat products.
  • Our products are weighed and packed; please allow a few grams variation.

Returns and refunds:

            • If you are for any reason dissatisfied upon delivery, with any item purchased online, kindly notify the driver immediately and return the product to the driver, and we will gladly replace the damaged goods.
            • If you are dissatisfied with the quality we assure you we will address these issues in a very serious manner. We will follow our procedures and report back to you with the outcome and where necessary we will refund the product.
            • We will not refund or exchange an item if you have eaten it.
