Hot Tapaz Platter

This platter consist of the following Lemon and black Peppered Chicken satay, tender Rump strips flavoured in Garlic Olive Oil, Cocktail Pies, German Bockwurst and Depreziner, grilled Spare ribs in a light Chilli basting, Beef Kebabs with Pimento in a Teriyaki sauce.

Platter will include 10 of each item, accompanied with 1 dipping sauce.
